Dr. Mark Witton commented in a Facebook post that dinosaur reconstructions were trending away from green. Here is my response. It's a fictionalised (and generalised) ornithomimid.

I think one of the reasons is that the kind of feathers most non-avian dinosaurs were not structurally advanced enough to support green pigments or green-inducing effects. As for the scales, nothing prevents it to be green and I do still see a lot of hadrosaurids green. But maybe whole green isn't the most practical for bigger species ? That needs to be tested. But to go back on the topic, nice funny ornithomimid !
